    As a white, Jewish woman I would like to comment about the Roseann Barr / Samantha Bee brouhaha. Barr’s firing was totally appropriate in my opinion. Bee’s use of the C word was utterly inappropriate. She could have made the same point far better without using the word. To her credit she recognized and apologized. She was right to apologize. All the people saying that she was right in what she originally said and should not have apologized are as hypocritical as the people who were upset the Barr was fired.
