  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  2. In another bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each fritter.
  6. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix the powdered sugar with milk until smooth for the glaze.
