Air Fryer Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Delicious and easy air fryer stuffed mushrooms filled with Italian sausage and cream cheese. Perfect for parties and game days!

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup Italian sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with various dipping sauces like marinara or ranch.
