Banana Ice Cream

A fun and healthy treat made from ripe bananas and yogurt, perfect for hot days and sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • Chocolate chips or melted chocolate (for eyes)
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and ensure they are ripe for natural sweetness.
  2. Cut the bananas in half.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks into each banana half.
  4. Freeze the banana halves on a plate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Dip the frozen bananas in yogurt until evenly coated.
  6. Place the coated bananas on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Add chocolate chips for eyes and optional sprinkles.
  8. Return to the freezer for another hour to set.
  9. Serve and enjoy your banana ice cream.

Notes

Store leftover banana ice creams in an airtight container in the freezer.
