Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

Delicious cheesecake bars with a delightful blend of creaminess, fresh apples, and a rich caramel topping, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples (sweet and tart)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined; press into the bottom of the pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, ¾ cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Fold in diced apples gently.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, spreading evenly.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl it for a marbled effect.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
  10. Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting.
