Cranberry Cream Cheese Crescent Bites

Delightful bites that blend sweet and savory, perfect for appetizers or holiday gatherings, with flaky crescent dough and creamy filling topped with cranberry sauce.

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
  5. Press each small triangle into the muffin cups to form little cups.
  6. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling into each cup.
  7. Add 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the filling.
  8. Optional: Sprinkle with chopped pecans or orange zest.
  9. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These bites are best enjoyed warm and can be served with a light dipping sauce such as a sweet balsamic glaze.
