Cranberry & Turkey Stuffing Balls

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, chopped cranberries, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, and celery.
  3. Add the beaten eggs, garlic powder, dried thyme, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper to the mixture.
  4. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Place the formed balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let them cool slightly before serving.
