Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls

Delicious bites that combine leftover turkey with dried cranberries, perfect for festive gatherings or as a snack.

  • 2 cups cooked turkey (shredded or chopped)
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (or turkey broth)
  • 1/4 cup peas (optional)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cranberry sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked turkey, prepared stuffing, dried cranberries, and peas if using. Add the beaten egg and chicken broth, then combine everything until evenly mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized portions and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
  5. Let them cool slightly and garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm with cranberry sauce.

Notes

Great for appetizers, main dishes, or snacks. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
