A delightful dish combining soft gnocchi with a rich and creamy Gorgonzola cheese sauce, perfect for cheese lovers and easily customizable.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package gnocchi
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi by boiling salted water in a large pot. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float (about 2-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then pour in the heavy cream. Gradually stir in the Gorgonzola cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  3. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and gently toss to coat. Let them sit in the sauce for about a minute to absorb the flavors.
  5. Serve the gnocchi hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
