Crispy Pasta Chips are a fun and flavorful snack that’s easy to make. Perfect for dipping or as a crunchy salad topping, these chips can be customized with various seasonings.

  • 8 ounces Farfalle Pasta (or any short pasta like penne or rigatoni)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (or nutritional yeast for dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning (or your favorite herbs)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and add the Farfalle Pasta. Cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  2. Drain and Cool: Drain the pasta and let it cool completely.
  3. Season the Pasta: Combine cooled pasta with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  4. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Air Fry the Pasta: Add seasoned pasta to the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Cool and Serve: Let the chips cool for a few minutes before serving with dips or as salad toppings.

Notes

For best results, ensure pasta is dry before seasoning. Experiment with different shapes of pasta and seasonings to find your favorite flavor.
