  • 8 slices Salami (or prosciutto/turkey)
  • 2 slices Tortilla (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (like dill or chives)
  • 1 pinch Spices (optional garlic powder or black pepper)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with your chosen spices until smooth.
  2. Chop fresh herbs finely and fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. If using tortillas, spread cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Layer the slices of salami on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly or simply roll the salami around the cream cheese.
  6. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve on a platter.
  7. Enjoy with dips like mustard or ranch if desired.
