A creamy and flavorful smoked salmon dip, perfect for appetizers or snack tables, combining smoked salmon with cream cheese and mayonnaise.

  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon diced red onion
  • 12 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 bag bagel chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the capers, diced red onion, lemon juice, and horseradish until well mixed.
  3. Gently fold in the smoked salmon, keeping some chunks for texture.
  4. Stir in the chopped parsley for added freshness.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
