Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
  4. Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; mix until evenly combined.
  5. Sprinkle in the baking soda and salt; gently stir to combine.
  6. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and stir until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
