Easy Rocky Road Fudge

A delightful and easy-to-make chocolate fudge that combines semi-sweet chocolate, fluffy marshmallows, and crunchy nuts for a unique texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (like walnuts or almonds)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously for 5 to 7 minutes until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract, then fold in the marshmallows and chopped nuts.
  3. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture in, spreading evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Lift the fudge out of the pan, transfer to a cutting board, and cut into squares.
