2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled and diced
1 lb German Sausages, sliced
1 medium Onion, diced
3 Carrots, chopped
4 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Prepare Ingredients: Begin by peeling and dicing the potatoes, chopping the onions and carrots, and slicing the sausages. Uniform size will ensure even cooking.
Add to Slow Cooker: In your slow cooker, combine the diced potatoes, carrots, onions, and sliced sausages.
Pour Broth: Add the chicken broth to the mixture. Make sure the broth covers all the vegetables and sausages. Add garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.
Cook: Set your slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours. Cooking times may vary based on your slow cooker model, so check for doneness by testing the potatoes.
Finish with Cream: About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream. If you prefer a thicker consistency, mash some of the potatoes with a fork at this point.
