Frozen Banana Bites

A delightful and healthy snack made with bananas, Greek yogurt, and customizable toppings.

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 medium Bananas
  • 1 cup Chocolate Graham Crackers
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Bran Flakes

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into 1-inch thick rounds.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt until creamy. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
  3. Dip each banana slice into the yogurt mixture, coating well.
  4. Gather toppings in separate bowls.
  5. Roll the yogurt-coated banana slices in the toppings of your choice.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated banana bites on it, ensuring they don’t touch.
  7. Freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
  8. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to a month.

Notes
