Greek Turkey Meatballs

Delicious and healthy Greek Turkey Meatballs packed with flavor, perfect for a quick dinner or meal prep.

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper gently.
  4. Form small golf-ball-sized meatballs and place them on the baking sheet, ensuring space between each.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and are golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with tzatziki sauce, over rice, or in pitas. Can be stored in the fridge or frozen for later.
