Ground Turkey and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry

A quick and easy stir-fry featuring ground turkey and colorful bell peppers, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or quinoa (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 3 to 5 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey, cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
  4. Mix in sliced bell peppers, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until bell peppers are tender-crisp.
  5. Serve stir-fry over cooked rice or quinoa, if desired.

Notes

Garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds for added flavor. Can be customized with other vegetables.
