Halloween Buffalo Chicken Dip (Boo-ffalo Dip)

A creamy, cheesy buffalo chicken dip perfect for Halloween gatherings, topped with playful cheese ghosts for a festive touch.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust for spice level)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 68 slices white cheese (for ghosts)
  • Black decorating gel or mini olives for eyes

Instructions

  1. Place shredded cooked chicken in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour buffalo sauce over the chicken and toss until coated.
  3. If necessary, soften cream cheese in the microwave for 15–20 seconds.
  4. Spread softened cream cheese evenly in a baking dish.
  5. Spoon buffalo chicken mixture over the cream cheese layer and smooth out.
  6. Drizzle ranch dressing across the top of the buffalo chicken mixture.
  7. Cut shapes from white cheese slices using the ghost cookie cutter and arrange on top of the dip.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
  9. Add eyes to cheese ghosts with black decorating gel or olives.
  10. Serve warm with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or bread.
