Ham and Spinach Frittata

A versatile and nutritious dish perfect for breakfast, brunch, or light dinner, packed with protein and flavor.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, crack in the eggs and add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and frothy.
  3. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
  4. Add the diced ham to the skillet, cooking until slightly browned. Then add chopped spinach and stir until wilted.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and spinach, stirring gently to combine.
  6. Cook on the stovetop for about 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the frittata.
  8. Move the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into wedges to serve.
