Homemade Pizza Rolls

Delicious and fun snack that brings the flavors of pizza into bite-sized pieces, perfect for parties and game nights.

  • 1 package Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Pepperoni
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a clean surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle the garlic salt and Italian seasoning evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  4. Spread the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough, then layer the pepperoni on top.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the seams to seal.
  6. Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces and place them cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Cool for a few minutes and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
