Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup liquid sweetener (e.g., agave syrup, honey, brown rice syrup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and keep them organized.
  2. Choose your favorite cereal.
  3. In a bowl, mix nut butter and liquid sweetener until smooth.
  4. Gradually add cereal and sprinkle in salt, mixing gently.
  5. If desired, add protein powder and mix well.
  6. Prepare a 9×9-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the pan and press it down evenly.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  9. After chilling, cut into bars of your desired size.
  10. Serve immediately or store for later.

Notes

You can customize with different cereals, nut butters, or add-ins like dried fruits or chocolate chips. Store in airtight container for up to a week, or refrigerate for two weeks.
