Irresistible Mini Quiches

Delicious and versatile mini quiches perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a light dinner. Customize with your favorite ingredients!

  • 2 unbaked Flaky Pie Crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup add-ins (e.g., roasted veggies, cooked meats, or herbs)
  • 1/2 cup shredded or crumbled cheese (e.g., cheddar or feta)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out your pie crust on a floured surface and cut it into small circles to fit into a muffin tin.
  3. Press each pie crust circle into the muffin tin to create pastry cups.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, and heavy cream to make the filling base.
  5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  6. Add your choice of add-ins to the egg mixture.
  7. Stir in the cheese for added creaminess.
  8. Pour the egg mixture into each pastry cup, filling about three-quarters full.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and golden on top.
  10. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

These mini quiches can be made ahead of time and are perfect for meal prep. Store in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
