  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place them in the greased baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Spread ranch dressing evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese and breadcrumb mixture over the top of each chicken breast, pressing down gently.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
