  • 2 cups Whipped Topping
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs (Gluten-free crumbs can be used)
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 12 oz Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • 1 tbsp Edible Glitter (Optional)
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers/Nuts (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup Candy Eyes (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preparation of Ingredients: Gather all ingredients and ensure cream cheese is at room temperature.
  2. Mix the Cream Cheese: Beat softened cream cheese until light and creamy.
  3. Add Sugar and Flavorings: Gradually add sugar, then mix in vanilla extract and lemon juice.
  4. Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until just combined.
  5. Prepare the Blackberries: Rinse and dry blackberries, mash lightly if preferred.
  6. Incorporate Blackberries into the Mixture: Fold blackberries into the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Prepare Crust Mixture: Combine graham cracker crumbs with crushed nuts, if using.
  8. Assemble the Pops: Layer graham cracker mixture and cheesecake mixture in popsicle molds.
  9. Insert Sticks and Freeze: Insert sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours.
  10. Dip in Chocolate: Melt chocolate and dip each frozen pop.
  11. Add Sparkle and Freeze Again: Sprinkle with edible glitter if desired and freeze for an additional 30 minutes.
