Instructions

  1. Soften Your Cheeses: Ensure salted butter and cream cheese are at room temperature.
  2. Mix the Base: In a bowl, combine softened salted butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Flavors: Mix in shredded white cheddar, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and black pepper; stir until combined.
  4. Form the Cheese Ball: Shape the mixture into a ball; refrigerate for 30 minutes if too sticky.
  5. Chill the Cheese Ball: Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Add the Toppings: Unwrap and sprinkle pomegranate arils over the cheese ball, optionally adding Rolo candy and rosemary.
  7. Serve: Enjoy with crackers, bread, or fresh veggies.
