Pumpkin Spice Chocolates

Delightful chocolates blending creamy chocolate and warm pumpkin spice flavors – perfect for gifts or festive gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream until just boiling in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in dark chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt; mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or cupcake liners, filling three-quarters full.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until set.
  6. Unmold the chocolates and enjoy!

Notes

Store at room temperature for up to a week or in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
