Pumpkin Spice Milk

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of milk into a small saucepan over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée and stir until mixed.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  3. Heat the mixture without boiling until warm.
  4. Optional: Froth the milk for a creamier texture, then serve in your favorite mug.
  5. For a chilled version, let it cool and pour over ice.
