  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Banana Peppers

Instructions

  1. Prepare your surface: Lay out a large cutting board or clean surface to work comfortably.
  2. Soften the cream cheese: Let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes until softened.
  3. Spread cream cheese: Take one slice of salami, and spread a generous layer of cream cheese over it.
  4. Add banana peppers: Place a few slices of banana peppers on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Roll it up: Carefully roll the salami slice tightly, starting from one end to the other.
  6. Slice into pinwheels: Use a sharp knife to cut each roll into 1-inch thick pieces.
  7. Chill (Optional): Refrigerate for 30 minutes to help them hold their shape better.
