  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Coat a baking tray with non-stick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking tray. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and lemon zest.
