  • 20 oz Pineapple Chunks (canned, juice reserved)
  • 3 TBSP Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • 1 TBSP Pineapple Juice (reserved juice)
  • 12 pieces Plain Toothpicks (sturdy for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all ingredients. Drain pineapple juice into a bowl; set chunks aside.
  2. Mix the Sauces: Combine teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and reserved pineapple juice in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Cook the Kielbasa: In a skillet over medium heat, cook sliced kielbasa for 5-7 minutes until browned and heated through.
  4. Combine: Pour sauce mixture over kielbasa and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Assemble the Skewers: Alternate pineapple chunks and kielbasa on toothpicks for assembly.
