  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Incorporate mixed vegetables and minced garlic; stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper in a small bowl for the sauce.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
  7. Add the cooked lo mein noodles, tossing to combine and heat through.
