Delicious and savory Spicy Roasted Party Nuts, perfect for gatherings or a tasty snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts with olive oil, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool, optionally sprinkle fresh rosemary over the nuts before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks at room temperature or up to a month in the refrigerator.
