Spiderweb Crepes

Delightful crepes with a fun spiderweb design, topped with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and fresh berries.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter: In a large bowl, mix together flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Heat the Pan: Lightly oil a skillet and heat it over medium heat.
  3. Cook the Crepes: Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the hot pan, tilting to spread evenly.
  4. Flip the Crepes: Cook for 2 minutes on one side, flip and cook for another minute until golden.
  5. Stacking the Crepes: Transfer cooked crepes to a plate, stacking them on top of each other.
  6. Create the Spiderweb Pattern: Drizzle chocolate sauce in a spiderweb design on the top crepe.
  7. Add the Toppings: Top with whipped cream and fresh berries.
  8. Serve Immediately: Serve the decorated crepes right away for best flavor.
