Sweet and Spicy Ground Turkey & Broccoli Bowls

A quick, healthy, and satisfying meal featuring ground turkey and fresh broccoli, perfect for busy days.

  • 1 cup rice or quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice or quinoa according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes until nicely browned.
  4. Stir in broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crunchy.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha.
  6. Pour sauce over turkey and broccoli in the skillet and stir well.
  7. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve over rice or quinoa and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Notes
