Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, stuffing, cheese, cranberry sauce, mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), honey mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined.
Place the bottom half of the sliced rolls in a baking dish and spoon the turkey mixture evenly over them. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top if desired.
Carefully place the top half of the rolls back on to create complete sliders.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
Allow sliders to cool for a few minutes before cutting them into individual portions.
