  • Torch sugar (for brulee)

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the Pumpkin Filling: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin, brown sugar, spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves), evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Prepare the Baking Dish: Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or individual ramekins for single servings.
