Turkey Cranberry Crescent Ring

A delightful and simple dish combining turkey and cranberry, perfect for any occasion. Easy to prepare with leftover turkey or store-bought options.

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and lay the triangles in a circular pattern on the baking sheet.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, mayonnaise (or cream cheese), mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon the turkey mixture onto the wide ends of the crescent triangles.
  6. Fold the pointed ends of the triangles over the filling towards the center to create a closed ring.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, avoid microwaving leftovers. Reheat in the oven to maintain flakiness.
