  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the russet potatoes into even chunks, about 1 to 2 inches.
  2. Boil the chopped potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes in a colander.
