  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups rice krispies cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Gather your equipment: a large mixing bowl, a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Break the almond bark into smaller pieces and melt it in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until fully melted.
  3. Add creamy peanut butter to the melted almond bark and stir until smooth.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine rice krispies and miniature marshmallows. Pour the melted mixture over, stirring gently to coat.
  5. Fold in miniature chocolate chips, reserving some for decoration if desired.
  6. Scoop spoonfuls onto the lined baking sheet, shaping as desired.
  7. Let the cookies set at room temperature for about 30 minutes until hardened.
