  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cacao Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 cups Puffed Quinoa

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and tools, including a mixing bowl, spatula, and lined baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut butter and sunflower seed butter until well combined.
  3. Pour in the maple syrup and mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the unsweetened cacao powder and a pinch of salt; stir until fully combined to create a thick dough.
  5. Gently fold in the puffed quinoa until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop out the mixture to form small balls or cookie shapes on the lined baking sheet, pressing down slightly.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
