1 cup pumpkin puree
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
Prepare the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and any other spices you wish to add.
Mixing the Batter: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
Layer the Batter: Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan. Create a swirl pattern by adding cream cheese or your favorite filling if desired. Top with the second half of the batter.
Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool: Once baked, allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Top It Off: For an extra touch, drizzle honey or a simple glaze over the top before serving.
