White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
  7. Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet with space between each.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
