  • 1 can (17.5 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls with icing
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish or 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut each roll into 4-6 smaller pieces. Arrange half of the cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
  3. Open the can of apple pie filling and spoon it evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish. Use a spoon to spread the apples into an even layer.
  4. Scatter the remaining cinnamon roll pieces over the apple filling layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and cooked through. The filling should be bubbly and the top should be nicely browned.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle the included icing over the top while it's still warm. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For an easy morning, assemble the entire casserole the night before, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, simply remove the plastic wrap and bake as directed (you may need to add 5-10 minutes to the baking time since it's starting cold).
