- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C)
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté mushrooms until golden brown
- Add minced garlic and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts
- Roll out your pizza dough on a baking sheet
- Spread a thin layer of balsamic glaze over the dough
- Top with mushroom-spinach mixture
- Sprinkle with goat cheese and mozzarella
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden
- Drizzle with additional balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil
Notes
Let dough come to room temperature before stretching - this makes it easier to work with and prevents tearing. Use a light hand with sauce - too much can make your pizza soggy. A thin, even layer is best.
