  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C)
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté mushrooms until golden brown
  3. Add minced garlic and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts
  4. Roll out your pizza dough on a baking sheet
  5. Spread a thin layer of balsamic glaze over the dough
  6. Top with mushroom-spinach mixture
  7. Sprinkle with goat cheese and mozzarella
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden
  9. Drizzle with additional balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil

Notes

Let dough come to room temperature before stretching - this makes it easier to work with and prevents tearing. Use a light hand with sauce - too much can make your pizza soggy. A thin, even layer is best.
