Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix gently with your hands until just combined – be careful not to overmix.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about ¾-inch thick. Use your thumb to make a slight indentation in the center of each patty – this helps them cook evenly and prevents them from puffing up.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the turkey patties and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Avoid pressing down on the patties while cooking to keep them juicy.
- While the burgers cook, lightly toast your burger buns. Serve the juicy turkey patties on the toasted buns with your favorite toppings like crisp lettuce, ripe tomato slices, and any other condiments you enjoy.
Notes
Don't overmix the ingredients, work with cold ground turkey, make patties slightly larger than buns, create thumb indentation for even cooking, let burgers rest 2-3 minutes before serving
