- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder or herbs
- Pan-sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through, or bake for consistent results
- Cook noodles in salted water until al dente, timing to be ready just before serving
- Melt butter gently (do not brown unless aiming for nutty flavor)
- Combine cooked noodles with melted butter, tossing to coat evenly
- Serve chicken over buttered noodles, garnishing with fresh herbs and optional Parmesan
- Adjust final seasoning with salt and pepper before serving
Notes
Cook noodles just before serving for best texture. Store leftovers separately in airtight containers. Add splash of water when reheating noodles. Can add vegetables like mushrooms, spinach or peas for variation.
