  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz (225g) fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and chopped basil. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes
