  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers for serving

  1. Lightly grease the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray or a little butter to prevent sticking
  2. Add the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce to the crockpot and stir gently to combine
  3. Sprinkle in the shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, reserving a little for topping if desired, and add blue cheese if using
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 2-3 hours or on HIGH for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally
  5. Once hot and bubbly, sprinkle with remaining cheese and chopped green onions, then serve warm with your favorite dippers

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and extra flavor. Adjust buffalo sauce quantity for desired spice level. Can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated before cooking.
