- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth.
- Gently fold the fresh raspberries into the yogurt mixture. Be careful not to overmix, as you want to keep the raspberries intact for bursts of flavor.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container. Spread it evenly and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Notes
